It was so majestic to see the giant man-made creation merging in the giant phenomenon of the almighty nature, when I was on Sinhagad on 27-June-2009. See the below photograph. It is a TV tower on the second highest peak of Maharashtra state of India — on Sinhagad. It's monsoon time, and the clouds make a soft blanket on this old fort.
Scroll down slowly to see how beautiful the merge looks :)

ReplyDeleteOlivier says that he hopes the radio waves will still transmit through the fog.
ReplyDeleteThat is really cool. I think most people would wait for the cloud to go away and miss this awesome shot.

I'm obliged Sarah!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy that you're impressed Jacob!
ReplyDeleteOh! You and Olivier are at the same place Prospero?! Amazing, isn't it!! And yes, please tell Olivier that I too hope so. When I was a child, we used to have only one TV signal — from this tower. I don't exactly remember, but I think we used to face signal trouble in monsoon. That trouble exists with our current satellite TV connection also when the climate is high on thunderstorm!
ReplyDeleteYou thought it so perfect James. Most visitors there didn't notice how beautiful it was looking.
