It's a big upcoming festival in India. Every 14th January, kite festival is celebrated in India on the occasion of sun's transition into Makar rashi [Capricorn]. The sky will be filled with kites. Some kites have started to show up already!
Is this celebrated all over India, Bhavesh? I imagine there are better places to see these kites than others...probably crowded Mumbai is not one of them.
I love this festival and it's going to be even more special this year :)
ReplyDelete@ Neha: Oh ya; I understand your state :) Happy New First Makar Sankranti to you Neha.
