Looks rundown, but is the best for the people of the small villages of Maharashtra. Where there is a road, there is an MSRTC bus! The condition of the MSRTC buses is pathetic, but for the villagers, something is better than nothing.
You are right, it is better to have something instead of nothing. However, Maharashtra Govt should introduce good buses in MSRTC for good experience of journey.
