Mayur Vatika of Jaipur
Have you seen my post from the past on Mayur Vatika of Jaipur? It is a bit informative. Here in this post, I share some more photos of the beautiful Mayur Vatika of Jaipur. Enjoy!
Cotton tree
Cotton tree is a summer delight for a deer's tummy and an admirer's eyes. It is an addition to nature's diversity. We spotted this beautiful cotton tree at Baneshwar near the reserve's mighty waterfall that was almost dry in the hot Indian summer.
Palse waterfall
There are several beautiful waterfalls in the serene mountains around Mulshi dam backwater. One of them is Palse waterfall. Driving along the edge of Mulshi lake, a small village named Palse appears. Just there is this waterfall.
MSRTC bus
Looks rundown, but is the best for the people of the small villages of Maharashtra. Where there is a road, there is an MSRTC bus! The condition of the MSRTC buses is pathetic, but for the villagers, something is better than nothing.
Raindrops on a leaf
Transparent pearls or round diamonds? I ended up being imaginative seeing them! Raindrops on a leaf for sure are more beautiful than pearls and diamonds however. In fact, raindrops are the most beautiful ornaments that nature wears as morning jewellery. Leaves are the clothes of the land, and raindrops are the beautiful ornaments. I photographed these magnificent raindrops on a leaf in Pabe Khind.
Misty forest morning
This beautiful misty forest morning was a feast for our eyes. There was nothing like this we had seen before. A snaking mountain road reached a place where there was a deep valley on one side beyond which was another small mountain. The valley and the other mountain were full of trees with a real lot of mist! The sun was behind the other mountain. The effect was this; just awesome. The misty forest morning made our early rise worth.
New moth species found
ID please if I am wrong. But I have searched a lot on Google to find out whether there is already any identification and name for this moth species. I am not able to believe that we have perhaps found a new moth species without any efforts.
On a normal day, something unusually shaped was sticked to a wall, at my home. From distance, it looked like an insect with right angle shaped wings. Closing in, it was right angle shaped brown shade on white wings of a moth. The wall was also white, creating that illusion. It was beautiful.
