Lotus Mahal [Lotus Palace] at Hampi

Lotus Mahal [Lotus Palace] at Hampi

Our recent Karnataka road trip was such a good one. We went to many places including Hampi! It feels so good to see what the people have built hundreds of years back. Hampi's Lotus Mahal [Lotus Palace] in Zenana Enclosure [Ladies Enclosure] is quite a unique and different design. Here are some photos that I have taken at Lotus Mahal. Hope you all like ☺

    1. In fact it feels a completely different world for me too, even though living just around 650 kilometers away! That is because the architecture of the Lotus Palace of Hampi is around 500 years old. If we go back in that time, we will feel as if we have reached in a different world! And more interestingly, if the people from that era come over, they will see us as aliens!

I'm so glad that I could take you back in time, to a different world Gennie! :)

  5. The Lotus Palace is just beautiful! I enjoyed the trees and rocks in the surrounding countryside as well, but the palace is magical.
