From my childhood, Gulmohar has remained in my top favorite. Gulmohar is a prominent flowering tree in India. It blooms in different times of summer depending on its sub-species. The bright red flowers create beautiful natural carpets. At some places, I have seen uncountable trees of Gulmohar that create scenes that put heaven on display, just that the temperature becomes unbearable sometimes in the afternoon.
A few days back, we went to a famous location of Pune, named Parvati. The bloom of Gulmohar on the hill was stunning. We kept looking at it with amazement for a real long time!
Structurally, there are bunches of flowers on each branch. Did you note that each bunch has an odd white flower? Or is it a petal? I have been enjoying Gulmohar from my childhood, but did not ever notice any such thing until I saw the top view that day.
When I was a kid, we used to eat Gulmohar petals. The taste is bitter-sour, and tempting. I know some might be wondering how that taste can be tempting. But it's nature; one same taste can have varying temptations with varying items. You have to eat a Gulmohar petal to know what I mean :)
Flying Seeds
When we went to Bhigwan and photographed Grey Heron, we went through the farms surrounding the lake created by the Ujani dam. After so many years, I saw an Ayurvedic medicine that we used to see in abundance in our childhood. Its name is Pankanis. The cotton-like stuff it is made of, is used as a blood-clotter in case of an injury. Now with the "so called" development of India, we have lost uncountable things that made real India. Now India is like just another country.
Well, that's not the topic of this post. I actually wanted to show the flying seeds Pankanis has. The seeds will fly miles and will spread the plant's future generations. I can only hope, probably in vein, that India will stop developing what other countries are developing, and will concentrate on the raw, real, beautiful itself, with things that are never seen anywhere else, already developed by the soil of this land.
Megha looks amazingly beautiful in this photograph. What say?
Fly, fly, my dear flying seeds. Prove yourself!

Dwarpal
Dwarpal is a guard. Indian mythology has a great importance of dwarpal. Every temple, residence, monument, etc. must have dwarpals on both sides of the main door, who will destroy any evil trying to enter the premise. A dwarpal may not necessarily be a human; it can be a powerful animal also, like a lion.
If a dwarpal is a human, it is usually loaded with powerful ammo. Oh wait, I remember seeing a weaponed animal dwarpal also!
Anything from mythology is awe-inspiring. So is the character of a dwarpal. What say?

Hawa Mahal
Hawa Mahal is a famous palace in Jaipur. The words "Hawa Mahal" mean "Wind Palace".
It is designed in a way that the rooms of the palace always have adequate wind flowing inside and through. It is inspirational to know that the people of the old times had such a thought and that they actually developed such a palace! The queens of Jaipur were residing in Hawa Mahal. And as the queens were residing, the design of Hawa Mahal had to integrate a crucial aspect — the queens were able to see what was happening outside, but the people outside were not able to see the queens. What a great mind the designer had, don't you think so?
I was able to photograph the beautiful Hawa Mahal in the evening. I hope you like these photos :)

• Built in 1799, Hawa Mahal was designed by Lal Chand Usta.

Gold IRA
I was analyzing the best methods for generating the best ROIs today. As I have always believed, gold turned out to be the best investment. In the last 3 years, gold price has increased from rupees 900 per gram to rupees 2100 per gram. Which method do you believe is better rewarding than this? Where and in which investment in this highly competitive world do you receive 233% return on investment in just 3 years?
Some statistics have shown that if someone had invested an amount of 10000 in gold coins in the year 1971, its price today will be around 550902 that is 55 times or 5500%. If one would have invested in fixed deposits, assuming the average rate of interest every year to be 8%, the amount after 40 years from 1971 will be 217245, which is not even half the ROI compared with gold.
Now-a-days, it has become a trend to earn even more from gold, in the way of gold IRA. There is another terminology named gold 401k also. The idea of gold IRA transfer is a good one. What do you say?

Women of Rajasthan
Women of Rajasthan wear exquisitely contrasting and colorful clothes. The yellow wearings of women of Rajasthan are called Peeli Lugdi, literally meaning yellow clothing of females. Most of the times, women of Rajasthan are found in peeli lugdi only.
As you will note in the below photographs, the women of Rajasthan are very shy. But they have equal hardship to face in life. Still, they are always seen smiling and cheering!
I have tried to photograph the real women of Rajasthan. Do you like the photographs? :)
